As an owner of Champagne & Associates, I have been practicing Real Estate in the Greater Portland & Coastal Maine for over 20 years. I love my job and am fortunate to incorporate my real estate business with my passion of home staging, color consultant, event planning & personal shopper by becoming an Accrediated Professional Stager. I love knowing that I add value to my clients either helping them get their home sold, organizing for better space functioning or to stage to live by restyling their home.
In 2012 I started LC & Company Interiors - interior marketing & Staging firm and have helped both Realtors & homeowners stage their homes for sale & redesign. I have been blessed working with the top real estate agents & strive to make their listings stand out from all others!
I started a commercial division in 2013 assisting existing & new start-up companies - focusing on their reception/waiting areas which has been a huge success!
