Julia Horner
ASP®, ASPM®, IAHSP® - Artistic Home Stagings - Fox Island, Washington

Introduction:

Julia Horner is an expert at staging homes for quick sale. Her Accredited Staging Professional Master® accreditation means that Julia has invested in the study of the techniques for presenting homes for market and providing professional staging services from Barb Schwarz with StagedHomes® , the leader in the Staging® industry. Her professional training coupled with an intuitive sense of clean design sets Julia apart from others in her field.

Working with realtors and homeowners, Julia approaches each home with a practiced artist's eye. Her staging philosophy includes the careful use of color, textures, accents and the function of each space to enhance the features and presentation of each home. This market presentation provides a strong advantage for the seller in a competitive environment, enabling buyers to “visualize” themselves in the prospective new home.

Her background includes hands-on experience in fine arts including pottery and watercolor painting as well as home refurbishing. She and her husband live in a 30 year old cedar log home on Tanglewood Island near Gig Harbor, Washington which they are lovingly remodeling.

Let me tell you how I work.

Step 1. Initial Meeting

Julia Horner will meet with you at your home and walk with you through each room. She will take notes and with your permission take photographs of each space. Julia will then prepare your Staging Proposal or Consultation and will arrange a time to meet with you to discuss your staging plan.

Step 2. Review of Staging Proposal

At this visit we will go over the prepared proposal. With the Staging Proposal accepted and signed we will schedule your staging day and list out any items that will need to be completed before the staging can be done.

Step 3. Staging Day

This is the day where your home will be staged. Once complete, your real estate agent will list your property on the market.

Step 4. De-staging

When your property sells Julia will promptly remove all staging items from the property.
