Prepare a Detailed Consultation Report detailing all aspects of interior and exterior Staging® needs;

Joy of Staging
Joy of Staging's is the home staging company owned and operated by Randal Joy Thompson. The company's name expresses the sentiment Randal feels about staging and its potential impact on homes and communities. Randal has just completed a distinguished twenty-five year career as a Foreign Service Officer, working for the United States Agency for International Development in the area of international development. She has lived and served in India, Cameroon, Morocco, Nicaragua, Romania, and Ukraine. Her love for foreign cultures is expressed in her love of the arts, architecture, and interior design. She has well-honed managerial experience, experience building consensus, and lots of ideas brought from many countries to bring to bear on home staging. Randal comes from a real estate family. Her father, grandfather and grandmother were all brokers and owners of one of the earliest real estate companies in Sacramento, California. Randal is herself a real estate appraiser in training in California and Nevada and her brother owns one of the largest appraisal companies in Sacramento.
