STAGING A VACANT IN HARMONY WITH ITS ARCHITECTURE
CAI always takes into consideration the style of the home and demographic of the buyer. This house needed a rich feel for this formal dining room. Furnishings and accessories were selected with the architectural details in mind. Our extensive inventory assures clients of a unique design created especially for their home. Always considering and implementing what each individual house needs no matter what its style is a high priority with CAI.
SELECTING AND SHOPPING SERVICES
This client was in need of fresh, elegant bedding and wanted me to do the shopping. This coupled with art and a few accessories was all this room needed. Editing the large desk and office equipment that was by the window created the open feel we wanted. Reducing the top layer of fabric on the tables and bringing in a plant from the living room completed the transformation of this space.
MODEL HOME STAGING
Showing buyers how to utilize the space combined with a beautiful design is my passion. Color is key to creating the right feeling in a model and I truly love putting it all together. Whether a large high end traditional, first time buyer transitional, or hip modern or contemporary condo you can be sure of a beautiful look. This small space shines with clean lines combined with cohesive touches. Showing "HOW" the space works as well as making it feel like home is paramount to CAI's design.
THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF REARRANGING WHAT A CLIENT HAS
This client had great things to work with. The space just needed to look more adult friendly. By rearranging what they had and editing out a busy rug it showed beautifully. We took out all of the children's toys, kids bookcase and created a great playroom in the basement. We wanted this room to show as a wonderful entertaining or relaxing space and it definitely did.
