How can I help?
Working with you and your realtor as a team, I can bring an objective eye to the process, creating a setting that will appeal to the largest number of buyers. "How you live in your home and how we market your house for sale are two very different things"-Barb Scharwz.
I can do as little or as much as you like, whether it’s helping you de-clutter, rearranging rooms using furniture you already have, adding accessories, or renting furniture if necessary.
Why should you work with me?
I have always had a passion for home décor, re-arranging and repurposing furnishings to suit the space – a passion I learned from my mother. One never knew where one would find that chair or that table that she had moved while everyone was asleep!
After years of re-arranging and creating new solutions to enhance living spaces for friends and family, I decided to take the next step and become an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP®).
In addition to my training as an Accredited Staging Professional, I hold a Masters degree in Taxation and a license to practice as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). A successful career in financial service and tax planning is not only about “being good with numbers”, it’s about establishing trust and relationships with clients, attentive listening, organization and problem solving. These are the same skills I bring to the process of home staging.
