Staging® Vacant Homes
Vacant homes take longer to sell and get lower offers! My goal is to emphasize the best features of the property so it appeals to buyers. Adding furnishings helps define an empty space and makes it look larger. Buyers need to be able to visualize themselves in that environment. A few rental payments for furnishings will pay for itself with a SOLD sign quicker. Pricing for vacant properties depend on the size of the property and level of Staging® services provided. Staging® vacant properties includes; selecting rental furniture, supervise delivery and accessorizing the rooms. Fee varies depending on size, furniture rental fee’s, delivery/removal of furniture and cost of accessories per month. Initial Consultation is FREE.
Occupied Staging® Home Staging to Sell
Uses the homeowners existing furnishings. My re-design will help the potential buyer visualize their furnishings and themselves in the house, resulting in a faster sale. Sometimes it only takes a few accessories or new furniture placement to enhance the home. If I need to “shop” the remainder of the home to supplement the rooms décor I will do with sellers permission. De-cluttering, de-personalizing and optimizing furniture placement is the most important. Your budget is always important to me. I keep your budget in mind and prioritize accordingly. I try to keep costs down by utilizing much of the owners furniture and belongs.
New Home Staging®
