Beth and her husband are a Home Staging Team
Beth and her husband, Al Avitabile, have become a staging team.
During the past 4 years since starting to stage, they have learned how to shop for quality items at the best prices and to put them all together to provide a "Simply Elegant" setting. Beth read and witnessed from personal experience about how important staging was to selling real estate so when she learned about the ASP course, she could not wait to sign up and become an official ASP/Home Stager.
Beth has since earned real estate's ABR, Accredited Buyers Representative. She is available to assist home sellers get a home ready to look its best for resale. She can also help new owners prepare a property to be a top notch furnished rental or a home for themselves.
Our two-fold Focus
Beth's main focus has been to bring life to empty properties. She has a good eye for quality and how to put together a room for a "simply elegant" effect without spending a lot of money. She recognizes that empty properties do not sell or even rent well. They certainly do not photograph well and now that about 80% of the buying and renting public rely on the Internet and pictures to make a decision about which properties to consider, "Vacant does not make it" is really a true statement. Beth can help a client that has a home that needs to be better staged by possibly removing excess items and re-arranging exisiting furnishings for the best "wow" showing potential.
