About the Owner
Brigett grew up in the Tri-Cities of Washington State. After High School she moved to Nampa and began attending BSU. She had the experience of moving into her own home and began to really put to work what she had enjoyed her whole life- Decorating & Home Design.
After it was time to move closer to work & school, she put up her home for sale and naturally Staged the home knowing the power that Staging has on any home on the market. The reaction Brigett got from fellow friends, family and most importantly her Realtor & Potential buyers pushed Brigett into looking at doing this for a profession.
After her home was sold- with 4 offers, Brigett attended the Accredited Staging Professional Class in Bellevue, Washington taught by the creator of Home Staging- Barb Schwarz.
This class really pushed her two feet forward to begin a line of work that she has been passionate about her whole life- Home Staging & Design.

I will personally do a walk through of your home from the inside out to include pictures and notes. I will then complete a Detailed Room by room Evaluation and present to you a 35-50 page Exclusive Detailed Report to cover items to be staged by you- the homeowner and how to do it. This report will also include anything in need or replacement (paint, light fixtures, etc.) if I feel would help you as the seller get a better return for your money. After you have completed your Staging, I will return to fine tune any items & certify your home as a Staged Home.
Personal Bid & Stage (most common)
I will personally do a walk through of your home from the inside out to include pictures and notes. Your home will be staged using existing furniture, art & accessories to achieve the best return for your money and the quickest sale possible. If needed, I will bring in staging items for the biggest impact to complete your staged home and get it sold!
Personal Shopping Services
In the business of Home Staging, I get to know a lot of stores best prices and unique stylish items. To get you the best price possible and reduce the stress of searching for items. I will do any shopping services for you and your family either to Stage a new home you have moved into, to update any light fixtures you may be replacing, paint colors you may not be sure what to buy, or items to Stage to Live. This service is great for any client with limited time,. or if you are just not sure where to start.
Staging to Live
I will personally do a walk through of your home from the inside out to include pictures and notes. Your home will be staged using either new furniture I can pick out for you with my Shopping Services or existing furniture, art & accessories to achieve the best feel to live in. Staging to Live is not about selling a home. It is about living in a home that is stress free, comfortable, and great to entertain friends in. Staging to live homes are very common if you just want a new look or feel without the cost of Designer fees and prices.
I have a full inventory of furniture and home accessories that are both neutral, stylish, and fit a broad range of styles for any new homeowner. These items are great when staging a home because they can be brought into your home, staged, and it brings the last added touch to your home to sell it! The Inventory Rental is great money saving tool because you don’t have to spend the extra money to purchase the items yourself. You just rent them for a fraction of the cost until your home is sold.. Once your home sells, you don’t even need to worry, I will pick them all up and you are on your way to your new home… with the extra money we saved you!
