Let me create for you "Entrance Excitement"!!
When anyone walks into your property they will immediately want to see more and experience a Staged Home. We only have one chance to make a fantastic and long lasting first impression.

As an interior designer for the resort/hospitality industry for more than a decade, I know what people expect from a design professional who is also an accredited staging professional. Let me use my expertise to gain the extra edge required in today's competitive market.

We have an office in Atlanta serving the southeast and a western office in Vail, Colorado.

Dear Accredited Staging Professional Team,

Matthew and I want to thank you so much for the truly beautiful staging you performed on our home!

Your team of professionals have more vision and creativity than we could have ever imagined. We met with several realtors prior to the staging of our home and one realtor upon completion. We are excited that the realtor that visited after staging told us we could list (and sell) our home for $10,000 more than the realtors that visited prior to the staging. We are amazed at what you were able to accomplish in a mere four hours.

Every time we walk into one of our rooms we find something that you utilized in a way that we never thought possible. The furniture placement and minimal, but elegant, decor make our house feel so much larger and inviting. Matthew, an Architect by trade, was especially impressed with your use of balance, unity and flow of the spaces created. We appreciate the way our excess belongings were carefully packed and stored, and it is obvious you have a great respect for your clients possessions. It was wonderful to meet several of you, and our gratitude goes out to each of you for undertaking the overwhelming task of staging our entire home.

We will certainly tell all our friends, family and co-workers that procuring the services of an Accredited Staging Professional is the best marketing tool a home seller can utilize.

Thank you again, and best of luck to each of you!

Sincerely,

Katherine and Matthew Carr

Excerpt from Newsweek Article by Barb Schwartz- President and Founder, International Association of Home Staging Professionals

We prepare homes for sale. We detail the house like you detail a car.

Meaning What?

Declutter the house and have it cleaned- I mean Q-tip clean!- and painted the right color: light and neutral. Use creativity.

What should Homeowners get rid of?

Family photos, collections. Less is more. Get the clutter off the kitchen counter. Cutdown on the wall, the books on the bookcases. Get the shaving cream and perfume out of the bathroom. Take the leavesout of the dining room table and cut the chairs to no more than four. Take the bedroom down to one dresser.

Is it Worth it?

The average staged home is selling at 7 days versus 87 to 107 days for an unstaged home. Ijust staged a house in Seattle that was on the market at $1.4 million for 9 months. Their stageing investment was just under $5,000 and it sold for 1.9 million almost immediately.

Who should stage their home?

Everybody. Whether they own a condo, a loft, an apartment, a trailer or Bill Gates's mansion.
