Staging homes is a passion of mine. I have been an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) for 6 years. During this time, I have helped many homeowners successfully prepare their homes for sale. Even in today's slower market, most of the homes I stage sell within 2 weeks.

As an accredited home stager, I offer assistance at many levels.
Level 1 - After reviewing your home, I prepare a personalized step-by-step "how to" complete with photos, color selections, furniture placement and/or replacements with links to websites containing examples of my choices, and email support.
Level 2 - Provide "hands-on" assistance complete with supplementary furnishings and accessories, decluttering, furniture placement, etc.
Level 3 - Assistance with furniture rental/purchase, coordinating tradesmen, plus all of the above and more.
STAGED RIGHT provides innovative recommendations for each property, adhering to the seller's budget while at the same time, considering the targeted buyer. Traditionally, home buyers in the city of DC and home buyers in the surrounding suburbs respond to different decorating styles. STAGED RIGHT also provides room-by-room makeovers for those who want a new look for their home. I have often found just the right accessory for a room in the wrong place (usually in a nearby room)!
