What can Room Wizards do for you?
As an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), I will use a proven method to transform your home into an appealing product that emphasizes it's best features. The end result of using an ASP is to assist the home-owner in obtaining a top dollar selling price and to encourage a faster sale. Whether you need a simple consultation, or want us to do a portion or your entire home, Room Wizards is at your service.
Curb Appeal to Enhance First Impressions
One should never forget the importance of asthetics. If you present your home in it's best light, a potential home buyer may decide to purchase your home even before walking through the front door. This is why "curb appeal" is so important. The focus of Room Wizards goes beyond that of redesigning or home staging. Our design professionals will suggest simple approaches that improve the over-all look of your home, to include the touching up of paint, the trimming of overgrown trees and shrubs, the cleaning of gutters, and mowing, raking and sweeping. These small touches do wonders for enhancing the presentation of your home.
Interior Staging--Clean and Clutter Free
If staging is the service you're interested in, our design professionals will take you through each room to evaluate changes that need to be made to enhance the beauty of your home. These suggestions usually include mundane tasks like the touching up of paint or the patching of holes left behind by wall hangings. It's always important to ensure that carpets are clean and odor free. If potential home buyers are confronted with musty smells or pet odors, their reluctant to buy. The updating of fixtures such as lights, faucets and cabinetry hardware gives a remodeled feel to kitchens and bathrooms. It is important to make each room shine if you want to get "top dollar" for your home when you place it on the market. Once these problems have been addressed, the final step of the staging process includes the arrangement of furniture, accessories, lighting and wall hangings. Staging is important in that it allows a buyer to see the potential of your home.
