    WHAT IS HOME STAGING?
    Home staging is professionally preparing homes for sale, so that they appeal to the most amount of buyers and generate the highest price in the least amount of time in the market. Staged homes traditionally present themselves better than the competition by being clean and ready to show to prospective buyers.
    In other words: Home staging is detailing, de-cluttering, depersonalizing and giving the house a "model home" appearance so that the potential buyers can "see" themselves living in the home.

    I will meet you at your home and do a complete walk through, taking detailed notes and, with your permission, I will take digital photos of your home as well. At that point you will decide if you want me to present you a Bid, a Consultation, or if you wish to request the Full Staging Work. I will be very happy to work with you to find what works best for your budget.
    The Bid includes:
    • Investment on Staging
    • Names of rooms to be staged
    • Possible furniture and accessory rental (whether is mine or from a furniture rental company)
    • Shopping time (if Necessary)
    • Loading and unloading
    • De-staging

    The Consultation - Also called "Staging Plan" is a written detailed Home Staging Report that I provide you and your realtor, with suggestions of what needs to be done in each room, to make your staging successful for showing the property. In the Consultation, your home's appeal is evaluated to determine what needs to be cleaned, removed, rearranged, or "packed early". It may include photos, floor plans, or sketches to make the plan completely understandable.
    When you receive your report - generally within 24 hours - you can determine how much of the work you will do yourself and which things you want handled for you. Services might only involve a final "fluff and puff" before your open house, or full implementation of the entire plan.

    I stage your home using your existing furniture, or just adding a few things where needed. If the house is vacant I will bring items in for you .

    The results will make a difference to buyers whether they are viewing marketing photos online or touring your home in person.
