The Staging Guy does not work off of a pre-printed check-list!
Everyone has seen the TV Home Shows where the host goes through the check-list of what needs to happen in order to get the property sold (and of course, the house is transformed and sold all within a 1/2 hour show!). The Staging Guy realizes that all properties are unique and never uses a check-list. The Staging Guy will take a tour of your home, making notes and taking photos and then an exhaustive Home Assessment will be prepared for you for YOUR property.
The Staging Guy works within your budget!
The Staging Guy will go over the Home Assessment with you and will explain room by room and line by line what needs to happen in order to get top dollar for your home. In many instances, you will be able to do much of the work (packing up collections, etc.) but The Staging Guy is available to do as much or as little as you need. The Staging Guy has access to multiple outside vendors, if for example, painting or flooring is needed. Many of those vendors offer discounts to customers referred by The Staging Guy.
