What is an ASPM


Placing furniture, art, greenery and accessories allows the buyers to visualize their furniture and actually living in this space. They can think about sitting by the fire reading a book.


Vacant doesn't make it! This room is cold and yes, it was on the market with painters tape from the light fixture. Nice the house was painted but this is not the cue buyers want to see.


Putting a table in the dining room helps to show the purpose of the room but it still feels cold.
