Jeanne Warner, owner of Staged By Design, is 1 of only 8 Master Accredited Staging Professionals™ in Florida, and 1 of less than 150 worldwide. She was personally trained by Barb Schwarz, creator of Home Staging and CEO of Staged Homes. Drawing from her art background, as well as experience and training in Home Staging, Jeanne has been successfully Staging properties throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota counties since 2006.

Jeanne is an active member of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals and frequently does educational presentations for Realtors and homeowners.

In 2007, Jeanne was acknowledged as a Home Staging industry leader by being nominated for the Barb Schwarz Excellence Award, a prestigious Home Staging Award.

I can do as much or as little as you like- from a detailed, written consultation where the seller does all the work, to staging a single room or the whole house, where I and my team do all the work. WHO PAYS FOR THE STAGING?

Typically, the investment of staging is the responsibility of the homeowner, but often Realtors offer it as a service to their clients. In a vacant house, buyers only know what they see, not the way it's going to be.


This living room is much more inviting. The buyers can now mentally move in their belongings.


When the house is vacant it is hard sometimes for the potential buyer to visualize how each room will be used.


When the use of each room is defined, the potential buyers can now envision themselves living in that home.
