At Stagedhomes.com we monitor what’s being said about Home Staging on the Internet, and about the many wonderful ASPs® who work hard for their clients. Just during recent weeks, the successes of our wonderful ASPs® have been recognized around the nation, and certainly online.
Here’s how newly accredited ASPs® recently were recognized:
The Pottstown Mercury, of Pottstown, PA, announced on November 2, 2009, that Paulette Walters, ASP® Stager, Realtor®, member of IAHSP, and owner of Wall-to-Wall Staging, “is now providing ASP® Staging Services in the Montgomery, Chester, Bucks, Berks, Delaware, and Lehigh counties in southeastern Pennsylvania.” Click here to read the entire announcement. In its Business Briefs section, The Wicked Local Rochester in Plymouth, MA, announced that Andrea Gifford Wetmore, ASP® Real Estate Agent, “has completed the Accredited Staging Professional® Course provided by StagedHomes.com, where she received hands-on instruction and was required to demonstrate techniques by Staging® a home that was listed on the market.” Click here to read the article. ASPs® are also often asked to contribute to articles. The Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors® interviewed Kathy Kibler, ASP®, IAHSP member, and Realtor® at Centery 21 Sweyer & Associates. Featured in the association’s newsletter, Broker Breeze, here are a couple of quotes by Kathy:
“I received my ASP® designation through StagedHomes.com, which was created by the original founder of the entire ’staging’ concept,” and she further added “Earning my ASP® designation really gave me that edge I needed to succeed especially in today’s challenging market.”Kathy shared that “In the end, staging makes a home sell faster and saves the seller money” and the author describes Kathy as focusing “her business around the concept that ”Staging is NOT decorating… Decorating is personalizing, staging is depersonalizing.” Good for you, dear Kathy. Congratulations! Click here to read the article in Broker Breeze.
The International Association of Home Staging Professionals, IAHSP, is also often acknowledged for its work to improve communities around the nation. The local chapter of IAHSP in Indianapolis, IN, was recently recognized for their wonderful assistance to the Julian Center in Indianapolis, which offers counseling, safe shelter and education for survivors of domestic violence and their families. Click here to read an announcement by dBusinessNews.com, which serves Indianapolis and Indiana, including a note about how the local IAHSP chapter helped renovate the Julian Center.
Published at PioneerLocal.com, the article Realty InSites: Stage right to sell your home better features comments by Nancy Doherty, ASP® Stager and Realtor®. As mentioned in the article, Nancy also serves on the executive board of the Chicago Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals.
