I'm really just getting started in Staging and have a bid this week to stage a 7,000 sq ft vacant home, the largest I have ever worked with. I don't think the homeowners will want to pay for rental furniture, and my inventory consists of lighting, rugs, artwork and a few occasional tables. I am in a position to invest in larger inventory items, and feel that vignettes will be the most effective, but they will need to be High Impact due to the size of the home.
This is the home: http://www.mcenearney.com/search/listing.php?listing_key=10437993954
I'd love any suggestions you could offer. I am concerned that the type of vignettes I am used to using will be dwarfed by the sheer size of the rooms themselves.
