It is so important to market yourself well but before you can do that you have to be able to articulate what your value statement is. Choose an area that you really love, like say. Staging vacant homes. Make sure you develop your marketing materials from the WIFM approach. Essentially this means in your client's mind, What's in it for them? Why would they hire YOU? What value do you bring to the table? These are the questions you need to have good solid answers to and where you begin to develop your marketing strategies. With your ASP training, you have a good solid base to work from. Now you just need to put your own unique spin on it and sell your value. Selling "value" is key.
