When you are planning your business you must do two things.....have a business plan and also, set realistic goals for yourself and your company. You need a road map for how you are going to get where you want to go (business plan) and then you must set realistic goals on how you plan to get there. When setting goals, put timeframes on when you want to reach that goal. Those without a business plan and without setting realistic goals are doomed to failure. This is a real business so treat it like that. If you need help, contact you local SCORE office (Senior Council of Retired Executives). There is no charge for their help and they are experts in their field.
Success is up to you!

Anyone who wants to start a small business should check them out. Their website if www.score.org and they are all over the country. They have thousands of executives in just about all major cities.
