Hi fellow ASP's, it is so easy for me to stay on track when I fall off, and believe me,I have fallen off a lot these past mos., the one thing I remember from my 1st class and I still do it to this day no matter how much of an effort it is, but DO SOMETHING FOR YOUR STAGING BUSINESS EVERYDAY!!!
Above and beyond that, when I had to really struggle with tough times all I had to do was check on my staged houses and WOW myself that I did that to those houses! (the vacant ones that is) Or, reread the manual..that always gets me hyped up again! Or another one is to go to ROSS and just buy 1 thing for the next house I will get...not anything expensive...just one thing! Or organize your own inventory...that is a great one too!
Perfectly said. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking "it doesn't work" when your phone isn't ringing and realtors and clients don't seem to be calling. BUT they are still out there and in need of you and your services. The trick is for YOU to get out there. Even driving around with the car magnets got me lots of attention and calls.
And staying with the basics taught in class is so important.
The most important aspect to this business is ATTITUDE. With the right attitude, you can do anything. "Life" happens to us all and some things we can't control. But the one thing we do have control of is our attitude.
I am at the 2008 convention and one of the most important things to me that Barb said was to go back to your manual. There is so much important information in there that we forget is there. Thats so true, the first time I read it, it got me all fired up why shouldnt that happen again? so here I go.
