meeting many local Real Estate Agents, who attend for
continuing education in a two day format. These Real Estate
Agents are a great referral source for future Staging income.
And the ASP designation is a powerful way to tell Real
Estate Agents and homeowners in your community that you are a
trained professional with the expertise to help them sell
their home faster and for more money. You'll also be receiving
key tips on how to hone your marketing skills, allowing you to
improve and grow your business. And as part of your tuition

Question: Are there any yearly fees to
keep my designation current? Answer: Your ASP
designation, membership to the Staging University and feature
page on the Stagedhomes.com website are included in your
course tuition. But you will need to renew your membership
each year to be considered a current ASP and to receive the
benefits of an active membership. That fee is $180 a year.
Question: Can I take the class again at anytime as
a refresher? Answer: If you are an ASP with a
current membership, you can retake any class at anytime for
$99. We encourage you to take the class at least once a year
to continue your education. We're always working to better the
course material and a refresher will keep you updated on
current trends and help you sharpen your marketing techniques.
Question: Is there a test I need to take to get the
accreditation? Answer: There is no written exam
as part of the class. However, your "test" is actually
successfully Staging a real house as a team. As long as you
attend the full three days and participate, and successfully
Stage under the supervision of your ASP trainer, StagedHomes
will graduate you with the ASP
designation!
Question: Are there any scholarships or
financial aid for the course tuition? Answer:
Since Stagedhomes.com is a private company, we are not able to
provide financial aid like some schools or universities. But
you have the option of paying half at the time of registration
and the other half a few days before the class begins. If the
class were to sell out more than a week before class, we would
need to process the second payment to secure your place in
class.
Question: If I sign up now, but need to cancel at a later time, is there a penalty?
Answer: You can reschedule any class prior to the course start date at no charge. If you request a Refund more than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the Course Start Date, there is a 20% Processing Fee assessed. If you request a Refund within fourteen (14) calendar days or less to the Course Start Date, there is a 30% Processing Fee assessed.
