We completely understand, and we have a solution for that! We will walk through the property with you going from outside in, and walking through every room in the home with you, telling you what exactly needs to get done and how to get it all done. Upon completion of the consultation, My Stage is My Home will provide you with a detailed blueprint of the Do-It-Yourself staging process. This is perfect for home sellers who are living at the home while selling. We can use your existing furnishings that are in great condition, fill in the missing pieces like accessories, artwork, etc. We re-arrange and edit your property to make it show ready, buyer ready, and offer ready. During this phase, the goal is to de-personalize your home and turn it into a marketable product. Both the inside and outside of your home will be staged. This is a great time to start packing because an ASP Staged® home sells faster than the competition. |

| Vacant Home Staging |
| Everything one would ever need to stage a property: home accessories, artwork, faux plants (although we frequently use real ones too!), couch, love seat, accent chairs, side tables, coffee tables, rugs, bedspreads and so on, are brought into your home! We refine our style and selection of pieces each time we approach a new staging projects. We believe that less is more, and our style leans toward transitional and contemporary settings. We believe in SHOWCASING your space, not the stuff in your space. After all, we are in the business selling your “house” not your “home”! Since we own a lot of our own furnishings and can do many things in house, that gives us and our clients options and flexibility. For vacant home staging, we can offer 1-month, 2-month, 3-month options and even longer terms for your needs. |
