This bonus room was not functioning well as a craft room/office. It needed to be de-cluttered to show wall and floor space.

Here is the AFTER photo of the same room. A potential buyer is now able to envision themselves using this space effectively.

This dining room became a "catch-all" room, including an office, library and laundry room extension.

Julie's Background
Fresh Look, LLC owner and consultant Julie Wills began her Home Staging business in 2015 after moving from Ohio to Middle Tennessee in 2012. After Staging and selling three homes in a short period of time, Julie realized how stressful a move can be and wanted to be able to help others in similar situations. Staging homes offers a distinct marketing advantage over un-staged homes. According to Barb Schwarz, founder of the Staging industry: “The cost of Staging is far less than a price reduction!”
Prior to becoming a Staging Consultant, Julie was a tenured Kindergarten teacher. She has a Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. She spent many of her summers helping the district develop plans, report cards and mapping curriculum for her grade level. Julie’s attention to detail and results, as well as her efficiency and organizational skills, carries over in her work with each client. She loves teaching homeowners the “why” behind each of her decisions.
Besides Staging, Julie is a team member of the Women’s Solopreneur Community in Middle Tennessee. In her spare time, she volunteers for a non-profit and is very active in her church. Julie is married and has two daughters and five beautiful grandchildren!
