It will be my distinct pleasure to speak this year at the 2009 REALTORS® International Convention in San Diego which will take place on November 13 through 16, 2009.

My presentation, “Staging to Sell Makes “Cents” Even in Down Markets,” is based on my new book “Staging to Sell; The Secret to Selling Homes in a Down Market!”

    Hello! This is my first time to blog!!!! I wanted to share another success story on Home Staging. I had a wonderful opportunity recently to work with some great folks and we sold their house in less than 11 days!!

    We looked at each room through buyers eyes and Staged each room to show off its best feature. I was so very proud how everything turned out. From the bunk beds they had in the family room with my Staged note “Sleep Over Fun” to the beautiful mums my clients placed on the deck. With soft music playing in the background, to the gorgeous fall color gleaming through the windows. This gem was Staged to Sell and it did!!!!
